"My experience with the agency started out great! Their service and response time was very professional. Soon after my policy started, I had begun shopping for a new vehicle. Before I purchased the vehicle I asked an agent want my new payment would be and she sent me the new payment information in writing. I went ahead and purchased the vehicle only to find out a month later the agent gave me the wrong information and my payment would be nearly 30% more. We tried to figure out how to resolve the issue, but nothing could be done. I was then going to be charged for payment difference from previous months. My payment nearly doubled from what I was initially told by the agent. Customer service is easy when nothing is going wrong, but when the rubber hits the road and you actually need help form insurance, an agency’s true colors will show. And from that experience, I lost all confidence that the agency would act in my best interest if I did have to file any claims in the future."
